Beijing Junhe Law firm completes its duty according to accepted business lawyer industry standards during its work with Leadman.
Comparing with the original legal opinions, the assets restricting has changed and under a further inspection and check, Beijing Junhe Law firm did a remand and further explanation on the original legal opinions. The major assets restructuring project has achieved the Fourth Extraordinary General Meeting’s consent, and the meeting review the proposal proposed by the general meeting one by one.
The convening and conducting process are in line with the company law, the regulation of general meeting and the related rules. The people who attended the meeting are qualified. The voting formula, voting process and results are valid and legal.
